About
Welcome to Eden’s Landing, a hidden gem nestled inside the DoubleTree hotel on Elkridge Landing Road in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. This restaurant has made a name for itself, not just for its convenient location but also for its pleasant atmosphere and the quality of its offerings. With a commitment to friendly service, as highlighted by our patrons—like John Lee, who appreciates the attentive staff—Eden’s Landing has quickly become a go-to spot for both hotel guests and local residents alike.
But what really sets Eden’s Landing apart? Let’s talk about the food. Reviewing various dishes, the quality shines through, especially with standout options such as the pan-seared salmon, a highlight praised by Dave Adkins. He noted the delightful combination of salmon paired with rice and vibrant julienned squash and peppers, which exceeded his expectations for a hotel restaurant. This reflects the culinary prowess available in a venue often perceived as merely functional.
While there may be a few misses—like the buttermilk chicken patty mentioned by another diner—the menu still features remarkable creations such as the crab cake, renowned for its generous use of fresh crab meat and minimal filler. The attention to local flavors is commendable, showcasing Maryland’s rich culinary tradition. The Old Bay chips, though not for everyone, also add a local twist to the dish selections.
On the drink side, Eden’s Landing also knows how to complement a meal. The wine selection allows patrons to explore various options, ensuring that there’s something for every palate to enjoy alongside your dining experience.
In summary, Eden’s Landing may be tucked away in a hotel, but it boasts great service, a diverse menu, and some unexpected culinary delights that make it worth a visit. “ Ok, for the money, this was pretty decent. Pan seared salmon with rice and jullienned squash and peppers. Was not expecting this from a hotel restaurant. The house salad was a little bit over the top with arugella(not my favorite), but I powered thru. And, even though they were out of the Italian Montepulcino Catina Zaccaagnini red wine, I went with the Rum barrel Merlot. Pretty nice dinner for the money. Coming back tomorrow night to try something else on the menu. ”
“ We always grab some food and have a few drinks here when we stay at the doubletree. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. ”
“ Chris and the staff are fantastic! Thanks for all you do to make the Rocky Mountain Honor Flights a highlight of a lifetime. ”
“ A restaurant inside the Double Tree hotel. It was not busy, and service was prompt and efficient. The food was just okay. The menu has a few choices in each section of appitizers, soup and salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees. The buttermilk chicken patty on the sandwich was a bit tough and tasted like the meat had been frozen. The crab cake was good, with fresh crab and not too much filler. The old bay chips had a flavor that did not appeal to me ”
